The Minivan single lock down ladder rack, SKU 5VA-1M, is an aluminum roof-rack option for carrying ladders above the vehicle's cargo area. This version is for a minivan roof installation and includes a single mechanism for an extension ladder.

Support channels and ladder positions

• Two 3¾-inch-wide flat aluminum support channels.
• Four brackets for roof mounting.
• One lock-down mechanism for an extension ladder.
• Side tubes and curb-side ladder/cargo positioners.

The catalog lists regular and extended wheelbase labels. These are not a guarantee that every minivan roof accepts the same mounting arrangement.

Mounting and choosing the right configuration

The brackets mount to the vehicle roof. Drilling is required for this installation. The rack has a powder-coated finish. Made in the USA.

Before ordering, match the vehicle year, roof construction and mounting space with this specific rack. Check the dimensions of the ladders you plan to carry and how they will be secured. Positioners and side tubes do not replace the required load restraint. A numeric capacity is not published in this listing; confirm the applicable rack and vehicle limits before use.

Compare minivan ladder rack options to choose the support and lock-down configuration you need. Quote 5VA-1M when asking about mounting details so the correct version can be reviewed.
