All items must be return within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
To initiate a return, please email Ray's Racks Customer Service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After you receive an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your item(s) to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred with your return. We strongly recommend that you use a secure method to track your return.
After our facility receives your return, we will inspect the item's condition and continue processing to initiate your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item(s) to fully process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your billing statement, varying per financial institution.
